Relationship breakdowns for parents are stressful. Trying to work out parenting stuff with your ex can feel like it’s a big ugly knot that you’re trying to untie. Mediation is a way of untangling that knot. I took this photo last year because it reminds me of how it feels to be facing that tangle.
